1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mpgirls.co.za (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

This Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Ad Posting Rules & Photo Policy

• Only submit authentic, recent, and accurate photos and information. Fake, AI-fabricated, stolen, or manipulated photos are strictly prohibited and such ads will not be approved.
• You must have the legal right (ownership/permission) to upload every image or asset you submit.
• Information in your ad must be truthful and lawful. No misleading claims.
• We may ask for verification before approval and at any time thereafter.

4. Ad Duration, Renewal & Moderation

• Auto-Removal: All ads are removed after 7 and 15 days from posting.
• Renewals: To renew an ad, email Nicole@mpgirls.co.za.
• Moderation Rights: We may edit, withhold, or remove any content at our discretion (e.g., rule violations, suspicious activity, reported safety concerns) without prior notice.
• No Guarantee: Publication or timing of publication is not guaranteed.

5. Platform Role, Safety & Disclaimers

• Advertising Platform Only: mpgirls.co.za is a listings/advertising platform. We are not a party to any arrangements made off-platform.
• No Affiliation: We are not in any way working with, employed by, affiliated with, or managing the individuals who post ads.
• No Safety Management: We do not manage or guarantee anyone’s safety, conduct, identity, background, or services. Your interactions are at your own risk.
• Safety Tips: Meet in public places first, tell someone your plans, use trusted transport, and never share sensitive personal/financial information.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

When using the Platform, you agree to comply with applicable South African laws and to refrain from posting or soliciting content that is:

• Illegal, exploitative, or involving minors (zero tolerance).
• Violent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Fraudulent (including fake images), deceptive, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Relating to trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual activity.
• Promoting illegal goods/services or instructions to commit crimes.

7. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

• All Platform content (text, graphics, logos, UI, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
• You retain rights to content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it for Platform purposes.
• Only upload images you own or are licensed to use; remove any third-party content upon request if you lack rights.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant the identity, quality, safety, or legality of users, ads, or any off-platform arrangements.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, harm, injury, or damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or from interactions with third parties.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your ads, content, or conduct.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and our policies at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Privacy Policy (POPIA)

10.1 What We Collect

• Account & Ad Data: contact details, ad text, images you submit.
• Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device/browser, general location, pages viewed.
• Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., support/renewal requests).

10.2 Why We Process Your Data

• Operate and secure the Platform, approve/renew ads, and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Communicate with you (e.g., approval notices, renewals, policy updates).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

10.3 Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality and measure performance. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser.

10.4 Sharing Your Data

• No selling of personal data.
